How rubbish have I been at posting stuff on the web site? Sorry to all those of you who still check it out. There are a couple of more recent photos in the album as for the family, well we are all ok. Ben's just got over post MMR illness, Bethany's been on tennis crash course, Charlotte's busy with the kids and working and I'm studying for my NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. Trying to balance all this with running training courses in Cornwall and London, working full time and having a home life. Keeps me out of trouble I suppose.

A new photo in the album of Ben celebrating being 1 with a mouthful of chocolate cake. This week he has started to let go of things whilst standing up so the 'free style' walking should be just around the corner. Likes to sing 'row row row the boat' whilst sitting on the floor rocking. Makes him look a bit simple, but he enjoys it!

Ben started his birthday celebrations a week early with a small party and lots of chocolate cake. A new photo of him enjoying it is on the site.

Just as we were contemplating putting the Christmas tree up, Ben decides that it's time that he finally learnt to crawl! So now he's everywhere, a problem we never had with Beth as she went straight to walking at 9 months. Christmas tree has gone up this evening, we'll see how long it lasts.

Ben's been a bit poorly over the past few days. Reason being - 2 new teeth! Bottom middle.
